We started off with fine home-made breads baked on the premises: white, corn bread with asparagus and dark bread with oregano and poppy seed. The bread paired wonderfully with a true Istrian olive oil.
We moved on to home-made ravioli with asparagus and Mediterranean scallops. A brilliant combination!
We concluded our culinary journey with a tasty combination of tuna fillet, asparagus, potatoes and vegetables. Asparagus gave the juicy fillet its final touch and a wonderful harmony of flavours for the palate.
