What is detox actually? It is a cleansing of the body from free radicals that harm the organism, during which I give priority to less intense and “aggressive” activities, such as a diet or a fast. The most important investment is the one in yourself. This is the thought that guides me through life. If you have not tried it so far, I certainly recommend going to sauna because it is the easiest way to create inner peace and physical cleansing.
Some of the benefits that I have noticed after going to sauna are stronger immunity, a cleansed respiratory tract, and best of all, the feeling of inner relaxation and the release of endorphins that are essential for a good mood. Of course, it is not bad that is it also a great way to induce fat loss.
