St. Servulus Belltower
The picturesque little town of Buje is situated on a hill which in itself offers a lovely view of the environs. But, should you find its height insufficient, I suggest you climb St. Servulus Belltower, one of the highest bell towers in Istria. From its top, you can take in the Adriatic sea, the Učka mountain and the surrounding Istrian towns. On top of that, on a clear day, the panoramic view extends over three neighbouring countries: Italy, Slovenia and Austria.
As long as you’re in Buje, make sure you stop by the little hill of Saint Mauro above Momjan from which you can see all the way to the coast of the town of Novigrad, as well as to the estuary of the river Mirna, the west coast of Istria and Učka.
St. Pelagio Belltower
If you want to experience the view of the Novigrad roofs and their surroundings, first you have to brave the 117 steps leading up the St. Pelagio Belltower. The effort will be well-rewarded with a unique view of the area and of the beautiful blue sea.
A special experience and a 360 degrees panorama in the midst of luxury is offered by the view from the Golf Club Adriatic terrace, accompanied by vistas of the sea and calming greenery of the golf course.
